Studio Recording Policy

Location: 5595 Ridge Rd, Cleveland, OH 44129

Standard Rate: $50/hour (unless a promotional offer is in place)

 

1. Session Rates & Offers 

• Unhinged Studio’s standard recording rate is $50 per hour. Special rates may apply during promotional offers or specific collaborations.

 

2. Booking & Payment

• All recording sessions should be booked online at exiledusa.com, where payment is required in advance.

• If you choose to pay in cash, payment must be made upon arrival at the studio.

• All clients must create an account on exiledusa.com when booking a session.

• A credit or debit card will be kept on file for all bookings to cover potential fees in the event of a no-call, no-show.

 

3. Ownership for Collaborations

• For collaborative projects recorded at Unhinged Studio, all recorded materials remain the property of Unhinged Studio unless the session is fully paid for by the artist. Artists engaging in unpaid collaborative work will not retain ownership of the recordings.

 

4. Deliverables

• Upon completion of a session, artists will receive their track(s) in MP3 and/or WAV formats, fully recorded, produced, and mixed.

 

5. Stems & Project Files 

• Stems and project files are not provided for unpaid collaborations. Artists seeking access to these materials must pay for the total hours invested in their project.

• Files will be provided as raw recordings without presets or plugins unless otherwise discussed.

 

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling 

• Cancellations made 12 hours in advance incur no fees.

• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 6 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations within 12 hours of the session will incur a $25 fee, charged to the card on file. If no card is on file, this fee will be added to the balance due at the time of the next booking.

 

7. Payment & Scheduling

• Contact Unhinged Studio directly for scheduling and additional information on offers or special collaborations.

Konstanza KO – aka Tanza Speed – the person behind Unhinged Records. With over 20 years of experience in the music industry, Tanza’s journey began in the punk scene, evolved through heavy metal, and ultimately led her to master the art of producing and sound engineering high-quality, mainstream pop / hip-hop hits for herself and many other local artist.
