Welcome to Exiled! We aim to provide you with the best service and quality apparel. Please read our store policy carefully before making a purchase. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms:

 

Returns and Refunds

  • Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable: All sales are final unless an item arrives with production defects or damages.
  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with proof of damage (e.g., photos).

Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of receipt, provided the original item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • If the desired size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item.

Shipping Policy

  • We are not responsible for lost items during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution. All orders include a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
  • Domestic Shipping (USA): Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after processing. Processing times may vary.
  • International Shipping: Orders may take 21-40 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Code of Conduct

 • Right to Refuse Service: Exiled reserves the right to deny sales and services to any individual at our discretion.

• Zero Tolerance Policy: Verbal or physical violence of any kind is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban from the store and studio. This includes bringing weapons, guns, or sharp cutting objects onto the premises.

• No Smoking: Smoking cigarettes inside the building is not permitted.

 

Privacy

 • Data Storage: We securely store customer data for service and transaction purposes.

• Data Protection: Exiled will never sell or share your personal information with other companies, web brokers, or third parties for any reason.

WHO IS KO

Konstanza KO – aka Tanza Speed – the person behind Unhinged Records. With over 20 years of experience in the music industry, Tanza’s journey began in the punk scene, evolved through heavy metal, and ultimately led her to master the art of producing and sound engineering high-quality, mainstream pop / hip-hop hits for herself and many other local artist.
